Regulatory background

There is a general consensus that the use of Phageguard products are considered a clean-label antimicrobial intervention if stated as processing aid. Phageguard L™ (PGL) and Phageguard S™ (PGS) are OMRI Organic-listed products and comply with the requirements of USDA’s National Organic Program.
