At Our newest Application Data Sheet is out! PhageGuard Listex can be used to protect your food contact surfaces against Listeria. Listeria monocytogenes has a persistent ability to form biofilms matrices in Food Contact Surfaces (FCS). Persistent biofilms can be dealt with using nature’s own solution: PhageGuard Listex. It can be used directly on equipment and will not have an organoleptic influence on the end product.
